    Mr. Robins has 30 years of senior management experience in high technology companies, coupled with 15 years of engineering leadership. He has extensive global experience including Operations Senior Director at Fujitsu Microelectronics, where he was responsible for product development and two wafer fabrication plants from start up to full production and ultimately having P&L responsibility for a $450 million operation. He was Fabrication Director of Operations at International Rectifier and has held various positions at Intel and AMD. Mr. Robins holds degrees in Pharmacy and Political Science.

    Dr. Earl is a Board Certified Emergency Physician with more than 15 years of experience in Emergency Medicine and more than a decade in Functional Medicine Physician. He is currently the President and Founder of Denali Medical Center. He serves on the board of Nu-Med Plus. Dr. Earl received his Medical Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has been published in numerous medical journals and serves on various Medical Boards in Utah. Dr. Earl’s clinical expertise includes Ozone, RenuO2 Procedures, PRP Injections, Nutrition, Ultraviolet light IV Infusions (UBI), Supplement Optimization and IV Recovery and Rejuvenation. He also enjoys serving as the Medical Director of his local EMS Ambulance Service.

    Mr. Merrell holds the titles of Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. His background includes more than 40 years of accounting experience, holding positions as Chief Financial Officer or Controller of six companies prior to joining Nu Med Plus. In addition, his business career includes extensive experience in marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Merrell has served as CFO for Reflect Scientific, Inc. and similarly CFO of Specialized Health Products International, Inc., a manufacturer of safety medical devices. He also served as Vice President-Western Operations for Michelex, an injection molding company based in New York, similarly served as Director of Finance for The Duplication Group, where he assisted in planning, implementing, and bringing online the first compact disc manufacturing facility in the Intermountain West. Mr. Merrell holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

    Dr. Morrison is retired surgeon living in the State of Utah, where he practiced as an attending and consulting staff general surgeon since 1978. Dr. Morrison received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1970, followed by a pediatric internship and surgical residency at the University of Southern California-Los Angeles County Hospital and the Huntington Memorial Hospital. He has provided his medical expertise and is one of the pioneering shareholders in the finance and development of synthetic alternatives to blood for Sanguine Corporation. Dr. Morrison has served on the medical advisory board of Sanguine Corporation, Rubicon, Inc and Reflect Scientific,Inc. Dr. Morrison has participated in various humanitarian efforts worldwide throughout his career.

    Dr. Ivester received his Ph.D. and M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina and is board certified in Pulmonary Disease, Internal, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine while holding licensure as a physician and surgeon in the State of Utah. He has participated in countless research ventures, been published numerous times while presenting his findings at a variety of national and international venues along with serving as an educator/teacher at a number of conferences and medical related schools. Dr. Ivester presently practices as a pulmonary and critical care physician at Ogden Pulmonary Associates in Ogden Utah.

    Michael D’Amico is currently a Senior Director of Quality Assurance at an early-stage biotech company in California. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from CSU Sacramento in 1990 and completed work towards his MBA in Technology Management.

    After completing his bachelor’s degree, Michael accepted a position working with energetic materials at Aerojet Propulsion Division in Sacramento, CA. where he worked for 10 years. During that time, he developed complex methods and used analytical instrumentation to perform failure analysis investigations using HPLC-MS, GC-MS, FTIR, NMR, and TGA. A transition within the company occurred that allowed Michael to become a critical member of a team working on analytical method development and raw material qualification for pharmaceutical products. This work extended into Quality Assurance and since Michael has been focused on small molecules, biologics, and combination devices in the regulated industry for over 25 years.

    Michael has performed over 350 audits as lead auditor in support pharmaceutical qualification, lead or been a key contributor to 31 FDA inspections, and supported European submissions for drug products. Michael has a significant background in the FDA regulatory process, approval of pharmaceuticals, corrective and preventive actions, extensive scientific investigations, and non- compliance mitigations with regulatory agencies. Michael has significant experienced in 21 CFR 210/211, 21 CFR 312, 21 CFR 820, ICH 13485, Q9, and Q10.

    Michael has over 25 publications in chromatography and authored the Basics of Regulatory Affairs for Combination Devices.
